that's also what i can't understand, too.
does opengoo create the directories?
in my case it said is couldn't but the directories have been created.
normally opengoo should not try to write without it's own path..
and yes, those restrictions on open_basedir are totally correct and needed for security reasons!

Ideas / dashboard: upcoming events

currently the dashboard shows the current week's events.
but when you get tot the end of the week, you don't realyl see the upcoming events.
today it's friday and i only see events till saturday...
maybe it would be better to show the last day, the current day, and the next 5 days?

you have full control of the data!
that's the main thing i see here.
everyone know that google uses your emails to show you ad you might click on, every one knows that google doesn't forget anything...
don't get me wrong, i also use gmail since the beta began, because it has the best webinterface for emails i've ever seen,
but as soon as i find an alternative, i will close my gmail account.
woth opengoo you have the control of the data, you can delete it and it will be deleted...
opengoo is on th ebest way to become an alternative, and i really hope it will replace my gmail account one day...
ah.. and opengoo is ad free (well, gmail is, too, if you have adblock and noscript XD )

as far as i know some hosters requere! ssl login, which currently doesnt work.
somewher eon the forums ppl got gmail working with opengoo.
or you get a domain and you own mail address and are able to get pop login without ssl

hey there,
just wanted to add a birthday to my calendar, then i saw that there is only one icon for events.
would it be possible to add some?
-maybe a cake for birthays
- or just some colored dots the user then can use to categorize his events
- or the feature that a user can upload some own icons

Feature requests / Link Calendar event with external website

hey there,
i just wanted to add an event to my calendar and link it ith a website.
but this is only possible if the website is saved within the weblinks.
but as this is a single event and will only be there once, i don't want to add this website to my weblinks as i wont need it later on.
would it be possible to add this freature somehow?
to just link it with a custom url that is not saved within the weblinks?

und wir sollten uns auf eine DU oder SIE übersetzung ändern...
ich würd sagen wir fangen mit DU an und machen danach ne SIE variante.
nur wer was macht müsste klar gestellt werden, also sag doch einfahc ma was du hast und wir suchen uns dann was aus und postens hier, und du musst halt die liste aktuell halten
