Error with DB import

I'm trying to import a backedup Opengoo database using PHPmyAdmin. But it gives the error:
 Duplicate entry '1' for key 1

Is there any way to solve this? Otherwise my whole Opengoo data is lost :(

How did you create the backup? Are you inserting executing this SQL in an empty database?
