automatic assigning

ive noticed if i created a task in my user name and my workspace, if i do not select "assign to Me" then it automatically assigned  to admin....should the default assigned be the user creating?

anyway to change in anycase?

There seems to be a bug in here, but yes, it is supposed to be autoassigned to your user by default.
