Error 403 Access General Configuration.

Hi Guys, I successfully installed Feng Office v2.2.3.1 on my Hostgator Shared Hosting.  But the problem is, accessing the "Administration > Configuration > General" throws an error -> "Information: Error 403: Forbidden". 

Same error when accessing the following link:

"...> Mailing" and "...> Passwords"
"...> Default User Preferences > General"
"...> Default User Preferences > Task Option"
"...> Default User Preferences > Calendar Option"
"...> Default User Preferences > Email Option"

I haven't check the other link other than those listed above.

I appreciate any help ^_^

Hello,

I'm going through the same problem ... I have an installation of version 1.7 running perfectly on my server, use this version everything perfectly without any problems.
I'm testing other versions and this problem appears as mentioned above.

Any solution?

Seems like it is a server side problem. Have you looked into the permissions?

Otherwise without accessing the server I would not know that much.

Hello,

I installed the latest version 2.4 beta, but still this problem continues! This within a domain.
I did the installation on localhost, and it works perfectly.
The server is nomal, it is installing Wordpress and JOOMLA without any problems installing or within the CMS.
Is there any log ... I can provide here to analize?

There should be an error log under the installation directory, then /cache/log.php. You might have to enable DEBUG mode in the administration panel, if you can get to it, then replicate the error a couple of times.

Also, php itself might have an error log on your hostgator server - not sure if it would tell you much but it's worth a try. The hostgator forums tell us that it should be a file called error_log inside the directory where the PHP app is executed.

This indeed is a server side issue:

I would suggest moving the information to a different server if you are not able to play with the settings of this one.
If you are wondering where to move it, you could also consider moving it to our servers and therefore you would not have to worry about server maintenances, security, upgrades or backups.. plus you would be helping us keeping Feng Office alive :)
