I'm trying to upgrade from 2.3-rc to 2.3.2.1 using de UI /public/upgrade/ webpage
the upgrade proccess give me a fatal error. Below you have the full output

Please check for plugin updates.
Open a console and execute the script 'public/install/plugin-console.php'
with argument 'list' to view the plugins' status or argument 'update_all' to update them all.
can anybody help me please?
