Some 1.4 bugs, please help.

1. Can't upload a jpg image, I get a "fatal error, a message has been sent to the administrator", but I didn't receive any mail.

2. Can't update permissions at all. When I try to edit permissions, all the folder are blank (normal ?), and when I click "modify permissions", I get an error message "og.ogLoadPermissions is not a function.

Is there a way to downgrade to 1.3?

Try refreshing or cleaning the browser cache, in order to ensure that it is not using any old file stored in the cache.
I think that is the problem.
