date format preference side affect in general timeslots

After upgrading to 1.4.0, I noticed the date time format when adding a new general time slot was d/m/Y.

I changed my account preference to m/d/Y, but now the pre-filled date in the general timeslot is wrong,  it has a date way out in 2011.

Changing my default back to d/m/Y corrects the suggested date in the general timeslot.  I'm still stuck with d/m/Y though..

This behaviour is still present in 1.4.1

Hi,
When you change the date format you have to refresh the browser to make the date control apply the changes and take the new format.
