When completing the installation at the step to create the administrator user :
- fill the form without any company name and validate
- you get an error because of the required field, but the user is created in the sql table 'og_users' at least
- so now fill correctly the form, you get : Query failed with message 'Duplicate entry 'Users-1-username' for key 1'
