We are looking into this issue.

Hello Fenger's

All of you the best wishes for 2014!

I have a problem since Fengoffice Version 2.3 ... there are no notification mails. Actually i use Version 2.4. I setup a administrator E-Mail account like reminder@ ... - in the adminpanel. Everything works perfect, if i send e-mails manually. I set up a cronjob - everything works perfect. The cron Job answer is:

2014-01-02 01:10:01 - Sending reminders...
2014-01-02 01:10:01 - 0 reminders sent.
2014-01-02 01:10:01 - Sending notifications...
2014-01-02 01:10:05 - 0 notifications sent.

But there must be notifications ... i setup a test user - and take him into a task and document. The cronjob message is always - 0 reminders sent / 0 notifications sent.
Where is the problem? Any idea? I uploaded a logo ... no sucess.

Hello!

There indeed was an issue with notifications in one version (think it was 2.3.2.1 or 2.4.0, do not remember by heart now) when we changed and improved the new swift library. However, this was corrected in the 2.4.0.6 version onwards

So ... i updatet to 2.5 / created a testuser and made test's with notification mails in 2.5. The same result ...: no notifications by Tasks, documents etc,
The cronjob is running and the mail of the server was:

2014-01-13 15:45:01 - Sending reminders...
2014-01-13 15:45:01 - 0 reminders sent.
2014-01-13 15:45:01 - Sending notifications...
2014-01-13 15:45:03 - 0 notifications sent.

In the adminpanel i Setup the imap and smtp Connection. The mail is running perfect ... but still no notifications. Have you got an idea to solve the Problem?

Sorry ... it works fine. There was an issue with encryption of the notification mails. Everything is fine and works great.
