Unable to report bug as no verification email has been sent

I have some bugs that I would like to report but I have not received any verification email

You mean you are not receiving the notification from the Mantis system as http://www.fengoffice.com/web/bugs/?
Have you looked into your Spam folder just in case? Have you tried with a different email address?

If the emails are sent from your own domain fengoffice.com, then your Mantis system does not sent emails to verify our registered account.
I checked at system level if they were blocked but I do not see any traces comming from your domain other then then the verification email sent by your SMF forum which came through fine.
