In modulo-mail with imap or pop as it is clear the message from the server?

I'm getting the emails in my inbox imap or pop emails are not deleted from the server, if anyone has any solution for this I thank.

That could be a server setting issue not running the crons properly.
You may consider using our Cloud services or OnPremise ones with the help of our experts to make sure everything is correctly set up.
