Email permissions

Imagine multiple workspaces with multiple users and email accounts. The has been autoclassified to the corresponding workspaces. There are user workspaces where only the user and the administrator can see and manage the emails classified to there. And there are common workplaces with common emails classified to there. If a user leaves the company and the administrator (that would be me) drags some of his/hers emails to the common workplaces, the users can't access these who has permissions to that common workplace.
Another situation: When I add a new user to the common workplaces, he or she can't see the emails, only those that has arrived after the user has been created. And nothing more before he/she added to the workplace.
It's very frustrating that the new users need to see the emails arrived before they were hired in the company, but I simply cannot guarantee this simple request.
