File problem after moving to another hosting

Hello everyone,
Recently I needed to transfer my feng office installation to another server.
I have followed necessary instructions which are mentioned here: fengoffice.com/web/wiki/doku.php/copy_installation

However I have encountered a problem (which someone else had too, but didn't provide a solution in wiki)
I can not reach the files and images which are uploaded by me or users.
Images are not shown, pdf files are broken.

I checked the database for old username etc but no chance.
Is there any known solution to this problem?

//additional information:
I dont have opengoo.
I switched the another account on same hosting provider so all server settings should be same.
All other settings and permissions look ok, didn't notice any problems yet.

Have you copied the upload folder and all of its contents? What about its permissions?

Yes, I have copied whole files in FTP including upload folder. Also Just to be exact sure, I gave 777 to all upload folders and subfolders of it.
Still have no idea what is wrong. I'm sending you a PM including my skype adress and email.
