unable to login after installation

Hi,
I've just installed Feng Office and have been unable to login.
The login dialogue appears and I fill in username and password, click login button and the dialogue box clears and nothing happens. For some reason I think I'm not recognised.
I installed using Softaculous at my host, Siteground.
Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong? Thanks.
My suspicions are something in .htaccess is preventing the login, or something not correctly registered in a .php somewhere.
I'd appreciate all suggestions.

Did you ask for Softaculous support?

Otherwise, if you want to use a cloud and not to worry about all the cumbersome things about infrastructure, you can always consider our own cloud, which has been specially designed for using Feng Office.
