Login Error

When I sign on with the option "Remeber me for 14 days" I get an error that the login information is not correct. (see attatchment)
when I login without the option (and the same login information) it is no problem.

I'm not sure what the problem can be. Do you have cookies enabled?

Yes cookies are enabled (using Mozilla Firefox)

When using Firefox we get the problem,
when using MS IE we don't get the problem.

Try if clearing the site cookies helps.
