[1.4.2] Automatic Upgrade to 1.5: no upgrade path

I am trying the automatic upgrade from 1.4.2 to 1.5 but I get the message:

You have upgraded to the latest possible version.

    * There is no upgrade path from version 1.4.2 to 1.5.

I think it may be a bug. I'll try the manual upgrade instead.

same here. debug mode doesn't say much either.

Hi,

Check that you have this file on your server: 'public/upgrade/scripts/FigazzaUpgradeScript.class.php'. That file is the one that tells there is an upgrade path from 1.4.2 to 1.5, so maybe that file is missing?

Have you successfully upgraded before to 1.4.2 or was it a new installation?

this is not a new install and previous automatic update worked.

The file you mention is indeed missing.

The web server needs write permissions on all folders, to be able to extract the 1.5 zip file. You can give it permissions by changing the owner of all folders to be the user that runs the web server (usually apache or www-data).

Otherwise you can try a manual upgrade as explained in the readme.txt file.

I recommend you to wait for version 1.5.1 that is about to be released and has many important bug fixes.
