calander problem

i can create new event and i can open it only at the first time in the calender but i cant modify it or view it, when i try to open it or modify it the apache hangs than it is crashes. ???

i am using XAMPP 1.6.2

Turn on debugging, what is the error message?

I turned it on but no error message it is loading and then this message views:
(Apache HTTP Server has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.)

i attached a snapshot of the message.
