Time tracking is not correct

Now :  I start tracking task, and after that stop it. Describe task. Nothing appear in my time sheet

Need: Stop task. Describe it. And it posts in my time sheet.

when you say in your "time sheet", do you mean the Total Task Execution Time report? or?
