I reckon that this insight is rather subjective.
Personally i don't like the default view oGoo shows when replying to an email message, with the reply to be written above the text one is replying to.
Instead, i am more keen on replying in context. Like:
>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Morbi feugiat, orci at consequat blandit, tellus nibh
>pellentesque nulla, ut porttitor lorem nisi at lorem.
Aenean feugiat dui sed lacus blandit consectetur. Sed est lacus, euismod tincidunt eleifend a, molestie a metus.
Most modern mail clients highlight the text after > in a different colour, making it easier for users to tell the text they are replying to from their own.
