In the email message view, there should be a new link in the actions menu (where one can find reply, reply to all, forward...) top create a new task straight from the mail message contents. The subject line could be use to populate the task name field and the message body could populate the description field. Then it would only be a matter of refining the task parameters.
Very useful when we quickly need to turn a customer's request into a task to be carried out by a staff member.
