On September 1st the developer apologized for the delay and requested instructions on how to access some information in Feng. We answered the same day and no news since.

I'll mail him again today.

Last unanswered mail I sent was on Sept 20th. I don't have much expectations from this developer, but I'm also pretty sure I won't find another developer for this price.

Consequently, we are evaluating alternatives.
