Mobile devices - Sponsorship opportunity

Dear all,
our team has been evaluating different platforms for mobile phone synchronization lately. We've made some research and decided Funambol is a good way to go (as mentioned here, here, here, here and here). It provides a good starting point as it  has a big quantity of supported devices and applications (including iPhone, some Nokia symbian phones, Windows Smartphones, Microsoft Outlook, etc). On its first stage, synchronization will cover OpenGoo tasks, events and contacts. There will be some limitations imposed by the Funambol platform, but we have not been able to evaluate them completely (we promise we'll do our best in this aspect).

Work is estimated to take nine weeks for a team of two engineers. We would love to have Funambol integration in OpenGoo, but it is impossible for us to make it without community sponsorship. According to our estimations, the sponsorship investment should reach USD 5000.

In this post, I want to invite everyone who would like to sponsor this feature and could afford USD 100, to post a reply or to contact me directly to marcos.saiz at fengoffice.com. When we reach the required amount, we will ask you to make the deposit and start developing this feature immediately.

I mobile versión of OpenGoo could be nice, but I think that to dial a phone number from a OG Contact  will not be easy to implement.

I believe that Phones requiere synchronization by nature.

However, i would prefer a dedicated app for thye Android, from which i could assign tasks
