When I set up a new account opengoo checks only 10 mails every time. I had an account with 1000+ mails and spend hours geting all mails into opengoo.
I think when a user set up a new account the program should get all the mail in that account. Later, if the user wants, must erease them or organice them.
I have my cron set up to check my mail every 5 min, but it never does. I have to check my mail manually.
