OG 153 Trash not auto deleting

Environment:
 OG 1.5.3
 XAMPP 1.7.2
 Ubuntu 9.x Jaunty J

My OG is set to delete trash after 1 day. I have to manually empty trash. I've changed it to 2 days and it still doesn't matter. The setting seem to have no effect.

Hi,

Trash autodeleting depens on a correctly configured cron job. Check here: http://wiki.opengoo.org/doku.php/setup#setting_up_a_cron_job_on_the_server

I'll add this link to the Readme file instructions.
