Admin users can't see ALL workspaces

I setup my system and added a few users to the "administrators" group (they are also in the "Owner Company").  The problem is that when I create new Workspaces, they can't see them until they are specifically given access for the workspace.  Is there a way to fix this?  I want all administrators in the system to always be able to see ALL workspaces (new and old ones).  Is this possible?

to my knowledge and experience the answer to this is 'no'.

though, I agree that an admin should have universal access.  Of course if you have a company with 100 users, each putting in their own projects and work spaces then the workspace list for an admin would quickly become overwhelming.
