Email - attachment - adding to workgroup

I composed and email and wanted to attach some files.   I had to first upload the files into documents.

Then after sending the email I classified it and got the prompt if I wanted to add the files to Documents.   I clicked yes...

Even though I clicked yet they were already attached (ie, linked) in OpenGoo.    It should not re-add files.
