Time module filtering

I realize this can be done via report, but it would be nice to have filters available on the time entries.

Specifically by user and project would be a nice start.

General Timeslots can be filtered per workspace.

Ah yes.

Well it be useful if there was an option to control time entry visibility and modification.   For instance, the ability for other users to see the time entries for a project makes sense but it's a little nerve racking that other users can delete and/or change the time entries.
