Manage a team

Hi,

I want to use Open goo to manage my team.

Can you tell me, as an administrator, how can I view what my team members are doing right now? means I want to know which team member is working on which task, which could be determined from the open time slot on that task by that user.

Is there a way to view a list of users, with written what they are doing right now.

I think you have to go to the task "Time" and you see the open task.

Right, if you're in the 'All' Workspace and you go to the Time Module then you'll see all of the open time slots for all of the workspaces that you have access to.  Providing that all of your team members are using the Timeslot system you should be good to go.

You can also go to Administration, Users, select a user, on the right side click More, then View History.  Although this provides no details whatsoever about what someone actually did, it does provide you with knowledge as to their log in activity.
