Now my 5 cents back to the community, how to use the html2pdf plugin when the htmldoc is missing.
My web host provider, hostmonster, doesn't provide me with the htmldoc so i figure out that there is a similar project WKHTMLTOPDF (
http://code.google.com/p/wkhtmltopdf/) which can do the job for me.
This application comes with a binary static release, so no compilation needed. I just placed the binary to a folder accesible by the openGoo installation and then modified the opengoo/config/config.php to include these two lines:
define('HTMLDOC_COMMAND','/folder/of/my/choice/wkhtmltopdf');
define('HTMLDOC_ARGS','{src} {dest}');
I checked that and works ok for me.
