Unclassified emails?
« on: October 31, 2008, 02:36:24 pm »
What exactly are "Unclassified emails"? There is a filtering option in the e-mail module, but I can't see a difference between filtering unread mails and filtering unclassified mails.

Unclassified mails are mails that haven't been assigned to a workspace (classified), and so that only the account owner can see.

When you assign an email to a workspace, all users who can view emails in that workspace will be able to read that emai.

I see. So the wording is somewhat special, because for all other object types assigning workspaces is never called "to classify".

Thanks!

Hmm ... interesting point.
We'll revise the wording.
Thanks,
