I'm new to goo and first off all I'd like to say what a user-friendly interface it has. Well done!
I'm a little puzzled (although I'm probably missing something completely obvious) about the workspaces. I created some sub-workspaces (people's names) so that when I use the calendar, I can assign an appointment to a particular person. Not sure if this is the right way to do it, again, I might be missing the point and there's another function that does this.
The problem is, I've created another user with admin privileges, but when logged in as this second user, the sub-workspaces disappear and I can't see any of the calendar events created under those workspaces by the admin. I definitely gave the user access to all workspaces in the preferences (although the link that says "apply to all sub-workspaces", when clicked, doesn't seem to do anything.
What am I doing wrong here?
