I don't believe that's in Feng Office yet, nor do I know if it's in the "pipeline" (to be developed soon) but it sounds like a good feature.
I don't think it would be very hard to develop as a feature, alongside Feng Office. I am assuming that you have an ordering system already, and that it has a database beneath it?
If that database is MySQL, you could watch for new orders and create the new account and "ticket" at order placement.
Some complications to consider - what do you do when a customer cancels their order, do you delete their account and ticket? ... or what do you do when a customer changes an order, do you delete only the ticket? ... or what do you do when their payment is declined, do you put their ticket on "hold" somehow?
