Change Permissions of All Sub-workspaces

Is there a way to change permissions of all sub-workspaces of a workspace all at once? I.e., force the subfolders to inherit the permissions of the parent?

you can do it user by user
it is in the administrator-->user-->"username"-->"permissions"-->"select a workspace"-->click "Apply these permissions to all subworkspaces " on the left
