Problem z modułem e-mail .... :-(

Witam;

mam problem z modułem e-mail, zawiesza się podczas próby sprawdzania czy są nowe wiadomości albo nie ściąga wszystkich które są nie przeczytane...
Przykład:

moduł e-mail ściągnął 1 nie przeczytaną wiadomość przez 2 dni - wydawało mi się to trochę dziwne i sprawdziłem poprzez inny program pocztowy tj Thunderbird i okazało się że mam 53 wiadomości nowe nie przeczytane !

co się dzieje ?

proszę o jakąś pomoc bo w takiej sytuacji muszę przerwać korzystanie z Feng Office a bardzo mi się podoba...

proszę kogoś o pomoc !
