Is there a way to setup Feng Office so that certain documents will be in every account as soon as it is created.  I need all employees to have specific manuals available to them as soon as their account is created.  However, I would prefer to not have to manually add the documents every time a new employee account is created.

Any suggestions?

If you create a workspace and add a document in that workspace then give permissions to your users to that workspace they will be able to see it when they log in.
