A few newbie questions

I'm new to FO and I absolutely love it so far!

A couple of things I was wondering:

1) Considering none of our clients will be accessing their emails or creating reports on FO, is there a way to remove those links at the top for non-parent-company users?

2) is there a way to control what activity is seen by what type of client? For example I'd rather have actions done by the administrator not show up in the client's activity box.

3) is there an option to have email folders?

4) how can I remove the 'Unique Id' section of the Properties box on various pages (individual tasks, contacts, etc)?

Hi chicky! Welcome to Feng Office!

1) So far not, but check the permissions section so they will not be able to make an email account and such

2) Guests may see logs from the workspaces they have access to

3) So far not, but you may use tags to emulate it right now

4) It currently cannot be done

Regarding the features we do not have at the moment, if you happen to get someone to develop them or if you would like to support them, we would be happy to add it in our next release.
