On the Help link area... what file is used for that... I would like to add some links in there for some of my employees and clients.

I honestly have no idea by heart which one is it.. should be one in the languages folders. As I told you in another thread, I am afraid you may have to do it yourself, get a developer to do it for you or contact sales@fengoffice.com to sponsor the feature.
