Help File mising - Error message after LogIn

Hi all,
if I log In I get an error message:
Error
Error 404: Not Found
I think is has t do do with the help file and I know there was a solution some where in the forum but I can't find it.
Is there anybody who remember this?

Hi, the URL for the help file is defined in file 'public/assets/javascript/og/HelpPanel.js'. Check if the url defined there actually exists.

Yes that's it.
Change url to:

data: 'help/index.php'
