1.1 + 1.2: Bug in GUI "Administration -> Configuration -> General"

There is a small bug in the GUI "Administration -> Configuration -> General":

The second last item does not show the right title and description. Instead it shows "<span style="font-weight: bolder; color: red;">Missing lang: config option name time_format_use_24</span>:".

This happens only with en_us locale. With es_uy locale it is correct.

Thanks Karl.

The actual bug is that that config option is no longer applicable and has to be removed. For next upgrade we will provide a way to remove this and the enable email module config options.

as workaround in the administrion.php of en_us und de_de are missing 2 lines. I put them into the files. See the attachments...

never mind (macht nix). I don't need to remove this, I don't care about. I only thought it is a bug but it isn't obviously.
